Right away, call the person if you have their phone number or find some other way to get in touch with them, through their message board or mailbox. It's important to get them to talk about what's wrong and make sure they know someone is concerned with their welfare. Tell others on Ixenland as other may be well trained to help in this situation. If someone is in immediate harm call 911 and give them as much information as you can about that person such as their full name, phone number, age, gender, general location, and anything else you can think of. Think about it, if someone has made the effort to tell you, there is a good chance they want help.
